However, research indicates that moderate wine consumption could have a few limited perks for your cardiovascular system, as per medical opinion. The findings indicate wine can help lower LDL cholesterol – which may reduce the likelihood of cardiac conditions, renal issues and stroke.

The advice is consuming a maximum of 20 small wine glasses monthly. A prominent cardiovascular organization recommends not drinking more than 14 units per week of alcoholic drinks (six medium glasses of wine).
The core message remains: Wine should not be viewed as a health supplement. Nutritious eating and good living habits are the proven foundations for ongoing cardiac well-being.
